How long does it take to receive my custom orthotics?
Once an order is placed, we ship out your foot mold impression kit within 1-2 business days. Once we receive the kit back, we will design and build your new custom orthotics and have them shipped out to you within 14 business days.
What Is your warranty/guarantee policy?
We understand orthotics are an important decision. That’s why we have a full 60 day money back guarantee. You have a full 60 days to try out your new custom orthotics. If you’re not completely satisfied with them, you can return them for a full refund. Your orthotics include a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the orthotic base. This does not include the top cover material since it is a consumable item that will naturally wear out.
Are these truly custom, medical-grade orthotics?
Yes! Your orthotics are designed from the exact molds of your feet, for your specific foot health needs and specifications, making them truly custom only to you.

How long will my custom orthotics last?
Each orthotic comprises two components: our Polypropylene base and the cushioning material that covers it.
The lifespan of the material covering the base and the necessity for re-covering depend on your usage frequency and activity level. Highly active individuals may require a re-cover every 3 to 5 years, while others may find their orthotic lasting over a decade. Additionally, the base of your custom orthotic is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and can be recovered multiple times for sustained use.
Is it washable?
Yes!
While it can be put into a washing machine, we don’t advise it. This will increase the chance of recover needed. We recommend hand washing when needed.
